• Estoril Praia Youth Soccer Manager since 2015, with the youth Academy increasing from 400 to 700 athletes and from 11 to 20 teams;
• Created Estoril Praia Women’s Academy:
• Launched the Foot4All program in 2014. Nowadays, this program  has more than 80 participants;
• Launched Foot4Women program in 2016. Currently, this program  has about 50 women enrolled;
• Example of other initiatives: Estoril Network and Wine; Nutripraia (nutrition program); Fut4Family; Estoril4Kids and Foot4World..
